Part of JCS's Wellbeing project is our weekly gentle movement classes powered by the team at MorphFit Gentle Movement Project Ltd. The class allows everyone to go at their own pace, including seated chair exercises and poses which can be individually adapted for each person.

A block of four initial classes were launched in May, after the group grew steadily we extended the class for another four weeks. Thanks to this National Lottery funding we can continue our gentle movement exercise classes every Monday (from Monday 5 August).

Regular physical activity in later life is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you’ll also meet new people.  If you haven’t come along yet, why not give it a try?
