Thrive under 5 Directory

Explore a wide range of activities and resources for families and children under 5 across East Renfrewshire, developed to promote good nutrition, healthy eating habits and active lifestyles.

In 2024/2025, The Community Hub teamed up with the local Health and Social Care to bring the Thrive Under 5 programme to families with children under 5 across East Renfrewshire.
Together with community groups and organisations, we worked to ensure local families and children enjoy good nutrition, develop healthy eating habits, and stay active through fun and engaging activities.

Below, you’ll find a directory of local clubs and activities for families with young children, along with information on the supports we offered as part of this initiative. Whether you’re looking for things to do, support, or friendly advice, we hope you’ll find something here for you and your little ones.
