An online resource created to help parents and practitioners support the wellbeing of Children and Young People In East Renfrewshire. The resource includes a section on the wellbeing of Children and Young People with Additional Support Needs, collated by ERC Educational Psychology Service, which worked closely with Isobel Mair School, Carlibar Communication Centre, and Williamwood Communication Support Service.
An online tool for parents and carers of all young people in Scotland who need support as they make the transition to young adult life.
The centre provides information, advice, and support to unpaid carers and young carers within East Renfrewshire, including emotional and practical support for carers, short break opportunities, money and legal advice, social activities for carers, having a voice and more.
Employability programme for parents who live in East Renfrewshire and care for a child affected by a disability or long-term health condition. The programme offers 1:1 and group support from a dedicated Employment Coordinator, confidence building, work placements and training opportunities, help with CVs and interview preparations, in-work support and more.
A personalised support service for young people (16-24) with additional support needs or a disability within East Renfrewshire, offering support to remove personal and vocational barriers and help to achieve a Qualification, Employment, Modern Apprenticeships or Further Education/Training.
