Be Well Barrhead Counselling Service
Did you know RAMH offer counselling support to Barrhead Housing Customers?
The Be Well project work with individuals who are generally experience heighted levels of emotional distress. This can be for any number of reasons, for example, loss, bereavement, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, work difficulties or mild or moderate depression. These service offers up to 8 sessions with a qualified counsellor.
