The Clarkston Health Walk is a Dementia friendly group offering the chance to enjoy fresh air, meet new people and delight in an amble over pathways and pavements locally. The walk is up to 1 hour.
All walks led by qualified volunteer walk leaders supported by The Community Hub East Ren. Walks are aimed to encourage people to be involved, be more active, to meet and chat with fellow walkers. Walks are weekly unless specific dates are mentioned.
