Young Mums Group is a friendly and welcoming social group for mums aged under 26 and their children under 3 years old.
The group provides a safe and supportive space where young mums can connect with others, build friendships, share experiences, and access support. Through a range of fun activities, play opportunities, and inputs from local organisations, mums and their children can learn, develop new skills, and grow in confidence together.
We aim to reduce isolation, promote positive wellbeing, and create opportunities for young families to build strong community connections. Whether it's arts and crafts, sensory play, guest speakers, health and wellbeing sessions, or simply a chance to chat over a cup of tea, there's something for everyone
