Description
CASTL Project is a community group which serves people with ASN over the age of 18. We provide various activities which includes Music, Sensory Massage, seated Yoga, Mini Golf(Golf in Society) and Badminton, Disability Cycling(Sunny Cycles) and Virtual Reality!
Our group also provides bus transport thanks to South West Community Transport to those who need it!
We run on the following days:
Tuesday: 12pm to 2pm (Eastwood Health Centre)
Thursday: 1pm to 3pm(Carswell Centre, Eaglesham)
Friday:12pm to 2pm(Eastwood Health Centre)
