Provides information & support to local people who require every-day care and/or support. Ensures all individuals, particularly those with an entitlement to social care funding from the local authority, are informed of Self Directed Support to ensure they have choice, control and flexibility over the support they receive. 1 to 1 support, training workshops, information sessions, awareness raising events & partnership working with community groups.
