Description

The Giffnock Dawdle is a Dementia friendly walking group aiming to encourage people to be involved, be more active, to meet and chat with fellow walkers. At the pace of the slowest walker, a short walk for people recovering from illness or falls for 30/40 minutes.

All walks led by qualified volunteer walk leaders supported by The Community Hub East Ren. Walks are aimed to encourage people to be involved, be more active, to meet and chat with fellow walkers. Walks are weekly unless specific dates are mentioned.
