The Trussel Trust provide pre-made food bags which are weighed and measured for specific family sizes. The customer will then sign to accept the food bag and the foodbank volunteer will attach the signature to the referral slip. The foodbank volunteer should be warm and welcoming to all customers and will be given the opportunity to engage with everyone.
