Live Active – support to become more active

You may want to change your lifestyle and become more active, but don’t know where to start. It can be hard to do it on your own.

Our Live Active scheme could be just what you need. When you join Live Active, you’ll meet a friendly, expert health advisor who will help you find the right activity for you, give you advice on eating well and support you to meet your goals. You will have lots of activity options, including – gym, exercise classes, swimming and walking.

You may have a medical condition which affects your health or your mobility. Don’t worry, Live Active advisors are qualified to offer just the right level of support, whatever your medical condition.

The Live Active team will help you to:

Build your confidence
Make positive lifestyle changes
Set small achievable goals
Meet other people at supervised group activity sessions
Have fun, feel great and get the most out of life
