Looking for a gentle, harmonious movement class that can be done standing or sitting if you need to work on building muscular strength, balance and flexibility?
Health qigong is a set of exercises and forms for optimal health through gentle movements to optimise life energy and self healing to improve and preserve health and wellbeing.
Regular practice can enhance the body's resilience to illness and disease, slow down the heart rate, improve circulation and by incorporating relaxation and mindfulness, Qigong helps to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Come along wearing comfortable clothes and soft soled footwear to change into and a bottle of water. Beginners are welcome at any time to join our class.
