Sangam club is a free senior citizen club, which runs every Wednesday. Club received Special award- Outstanding Contribution to Community this year in March. The club’s purpose is to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of older adults through engaging activities such as mental health sessions, physiotherapy session, art and craft, music, health talks by experts in the field and various other activities. The club is a vital support for reducing loneliness among older people, with many members forming meaningful friendships that extend into activities like local walks.
Volunteers are welcome.
