Description of the activity
The Local Area Coordination team can be alongside you to work towards making any changes you would like in your life if you have a Learning Disability or are Autistic.
The Local Area Coordinators sometimes become aware there is a group of young people who need a particular skills gap working on, and can set up some group work to facilitate that, e.g. social skills around accessing leisure options, or internet safety, or money management.
