About the role
Bonnyton Care Home is looking for enthusiastic volunteers with good conversation and listening skills to visit a bedbound resident. Through weekly visits, the volunteer will help reduce feelings of isolation and improve the resident's well-being by providing companionship and conversation. Volunteers will be supported by our Wellbeing Coordinator.
This role requires a PVG check
About us:
Bonnyton House offers care and support for up to 34 older individuals with physical and cognitive impairments. The service is provided by East Renfrewshire Council and is conveniently close to local amenities and transport links.
The primary aim of the service is to provide residential care to older people, enhancing their quality of life.
